CUSTOMER TERMS

Terms of Service

1. About PayTOmuro

PayTOmuro is an independent AION 2 service-request and customer portal operated by [LEGAL NAME]. It is not operated by, sponsored by or affiliated with NCSOFT or the AION 2 publisher. Game names and marks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts and guest requests

You may use an account verified through a one-time email link or place a guest request. Keep sign-in and guest-order links private. You are responsible for activity performed through access links sent to your email. We do not ask for your game password, payment card number, security code or one-time game login code.

3. Service requests and quotes

A request is not a confirmed order. The scope, price, currency, availability, schedule and completion criteria must be shown to you before you accept a quote or pay. An order becomes binding only after the required checkout confirmations and payment-provider result are complete.

4. Payments

Card checkout is handled by iyzico on its hosted payment page. Crypto checkout, if enabled, is handled by the configured BTCPay Server invoice. PayTOmuro does not store card credentials or crypto private keys. Payment is treated as received only after the server verifies the provider’s result. Network transaction fees, exchange-rate changes, confirmations and payment-provider charges will be disclosed before payment where applicable.

5. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and character details and make sure you are authorised to request the selected service. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment credentials or sensitive personal data in order notes. Any service-specific access method must be described separately and must not require unsafe credential sharing.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, refund and service-start rules are described in the Service Agreement and Cancellation & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Any separate request to start a service during an applicable withdrawal period must be collected distinctly and explicitly where required by law.

7. Service availability and updates

Game patches, server maintenance, region restrictions and provider outages may affect availability or timing. If the agreed service cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted and the applicable cancellation/refund process will be followed.

8. Complaints and contact

Send order questions and complaints to yaydim.pazarlama@gmail.com or [POSTAL ADDRESS]. The order reference should be included; do not include passwords or card details.

9. Final legal settings

Before launch, complete: seller identity, customer market, governing law, dispute process, complaint channels, price/tax display, invoice details and any mandatory registration disclosures. Version accepted: [FINAL TERMS VERSION].
